PRE-COMMISSION
FLUSHING & TREATMENT
New or refurbished closed water systems require
pre-commission cleaning and treatment before
they can be put into operation. If closed systems
are not treated correctly from the start, the system
condition can quickly deteriorate and have a
detrimental impact on the lifespan of the
systems components and plant.

Pre -Commission cleaning and treatment ensures the systems
are free of any contaminants. Contaminants can lead to
blockages, corrosion, scale and microbiological hazards.
Existing systems can also benefit from flushing and treating.
Poor water treatment of existing heating and cooling systems
can have issues with corrosion, water quality resulting in reduced
efficiency and they also run the risk of high unexpected
maintenance and repair bills.
Utilising the same procedures used for new/refurbed systems,
existing systems once flushed and treated can see the benefits with,
improvements to system circulation, Increased lifespan and ultimately
increased efficiency driving down them ever increasing running
